1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received the wrong product
- There is a size-related issue
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in its original condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order details along with clear images of the product
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup
4. Return Shipping
- We offer free return pickup for eligible returns
- In case reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be required to ship the product to us. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. These are not considered defects
- Minor irregularities in fabric are natural and not considered damages
