Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
- We provide free reverse pickup for eligible returns and exchanges
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product to us. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification
7. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
